A problem shared is a problem solved. Well not always, but if you get together with a group of like minded peers and allow them to ask only open questions about your current challenge you suddenly see the problem through other people’s eyes. Yes they can only ask an open question and not give advice. It is then up to you to reflect and plan a solution.

I work with Cranfield Trust supporting charity leaders in the UK – Peer to Peer Exchange is their initiative that uses this form of action learning – and it has proved beneficial to many charity leaders over the last 18 months. I am working with a group of charities who are all part of a Community Action group and as we start our journey I thought I would share the above with you and will update you as we go on.
